Please send us your claim notification within 10 days via the link below.

We would like to remind you that SkiCare is supplementary insurance to any other insurance taken out previously. For this reason, we will ask you to report your accident to your primary insurer.

For our records, we will ask you to send us a copy of your ski pass, a medical certificate, a statement from your accident insurance, invoices related to the accident, and your bank details.

Our advice for skiers from the European Union

Following the agreement of freedom of movement of people made between the European Union and Switzerland, two insurance regulations were drafted (Regulations EC 1408/71 and 574/72). They envisage an integral assumption of responsibility of treatments in Switzerland and 50% of the expenses of rescue (helicopter, ambulance and first aide on the ski run). These expenses are chargeable to your social security institution, it is however possible that your social security may not take charge of it. SOLID AB, Swiss Branch, can help you.
As a matter of fact, if you are insured by SkiCare, we will take charge of the expenses of accidents occurring on the ski run. With SkiCare, a victim can hope to be treated free from any worry!

HOW TO TAKE OUT ONE OF OUR INSURANCES?

You can purchase SkiCare or PassProtect from the reception of any of our partner ski resorts. There is no form to sign. Your ski resort will write "insured" or "PassProtect" directly on your skipass. This will constitute the proof that you are insured.
